These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website scrollstop.io ("Website") and the purchase of ScrollstopOS ("Product"), a digital product sold by Jan Armbruster ("we", "us", "the Seller"), operating as a sole proprietor based in Paris, France.
The Seller is based at 75015 Paris, France. By accessing the Website or purchasing the Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or purchase the Product.
ScrollstopOS is a one-time-purchase digital product ($297 USD) that includes motion design templates (Adobe After Effects project files), a Notion workspace with service offers, outreach systems, pricing rules, delivery workflows, and supporting materials.
The Product is delivered digitally via Notion workspace access and downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), our merchant of record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and payment processing on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
After successful payment, you will receive access to the Product via email. Delivery is immediate and automated.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product. The full license terms are included in the Product download as a separate document ("ScrollstopOS License Agreement"). In summary:

We offer a conditional 30-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate that you followed the outreach system, sent at least 20 prospecting videos, and did not receive a single response within 30 days. Refund requests must be sent to jan@scrollstop.io with supporting evidence.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
All content on the Website and within the Product — including but not limited to text, graphics, templates, code, workflows, and branding — is owned by Jan Armbruster and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The purchase of ScrollstopOS grants you a license to use the Product as described in Section 4. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
By submitting your email address through the Website (e.g., to claim a free sample), you consent to receiving marketing emails from ScrollstopOS. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Email collection and delivery is handled by Kit (ConvertKit).
The Product is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific financial results, client acquisition, or revenue outcomes. Past results (including the $900K+ figure referenced on the Website) reflect the Seller's personal experience and are not a guarantee of future performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product ($297 USD).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website or Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
