Your one-time design fee covers the video style we create and use across your listings. Need more than your allowance? Pay only for the additional listings you use.
One delivery run every business morning, Monday–Friday, US federal holidays excluded. Photos and existing footage only; no on-site shooting.
Annual prepaid: $2,988 Agent / $5,988 Office, design fee waived. Monthly and quarterly plans pay the one-time design fee ($750 Agent / $1,500 Office). Quarterly prepaid: $747 Agent / $1,497 Office, plus design fee. Monthly plans can pause for free or cancel anytime. Prepaid plans remain active through their prepaid term. Unused ListingKit deliveries do not roll over.

A few questions, answered.

How custom is it, really?
We design your video style around your fonts, colours and logo, including layouts, animation and closing frames. We use that style across your listings.
How long does brand setup take?
Brand setup takes 3–5 days for design and motion. Once your brand setup is complete, submit your listing by 5pm ET for delivery by 8am ET the next business day, Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
How does the free sample differ from the paid custom design?
Your free sample uses your property and branding with an existing design and motion style. The one-time custom brand design fee ($750 for Agent or $1,500 for Office) covers the custom layouts, animation and closing frames we create around your brand and reuse across your listings.
What if I need more ListingKit deliveries?
Additional ListingKit deliveries are $125 on Agent and $100 on Office, with the same turnaround.
Do I need to shoot video?
No. We work from your listing photos. If you already have walkthrough footage, we can use that too.
When do I get my videos?
Once your video style is ready, submit by 5pm ET for delivery by 8am ET the next business day. Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Can I pause or cancel?
Monthly plans can pause for free or cancel anytime. Prepaid plans stay active through their term. Unused ListingKit deliveries don’t roll over.
Who posts the videos?
You do. We deliver finished files for Reels, Stories and feed. Download and post.
What about Open Home and Just Sold?
Send the dates or sale details when you have them. You can request those videos at any time while your plan is active. They aren’t included while paused or after cancellation.
Can each agent use their own contact details?
Yes. Office includes one shared video style with up to five agent contact blocks, so the branding stays consistent and each listing points to the right agent.
What changes are included in revisions?
Unlimited content revisions cover text, photos, order and timing. Send your notes for updated files on the next delivery run. A new listing or new creative direction is a new video, not a revision.
